The Foreign Trade area has structured a legal review service of the drawback operations carried out by Peruvian exporting companies to confirm that they are within the parameters and conditions that this customs regime establishes, which allows to repair any error or apply an opportunity to improvement in the company that avoids the application of sanctions by Sunat.
