Christian Delgado, an associate and member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group of Estudio Muñiz, attended as amicus curiae on Thursday, October 18th the X Civil Cassation Plenary summoned by the Supreme Court of Justice to discuss court rules on the use of evidence ex officio.
