We advised U.S Grains Council, the most import corn association in the United States, Archer Daniels Midland Company, a world leader in animal food and nutrition, Cargill Inc., Cargill Americas Inc, Cargill Americas Perú SRL, Agrograin LTD Sucursal Uruguay and ADM Andina Perú SRL, in relation to an investigation carried out by Indecopi on the subsidies purportedly granted to the export of yellow corn from the United States, without applying countervailing duties.
