Solarpack buys a 90,5% participating interest in two projects in Peru, worth US$46 million
Estudio Muñiz provided advice to Tawa Solar Fund LP in relation to the sale to Solarpack, a Spanish company, of a 90.5% participating interest in the Tacna Solar and Panamericana Solar photovoltaic solar projects, worth USD 52 million. Ricardo de la Piedra and Beatriz Melo, partner and lawyer of the Corporate Law practice group of Estudio Muñiz, acted as advisors.
