César Puntriano, a senior partner and member of the Labor Law and Social Security practice group of Estudio Muñiz, gave a lecture focused on the characteristics and principles of collective labor law and union law during the National Seminar on “Collective Labor Law in Peru and Union Freedom”, held on Wednesday, February 27th. The event was organized by the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion.
