Alonso Vera, a senior associate and member of the Corporate Law practice group of Estudio Muñiz, gave a lecture on “Corporate Reorganization” during the “III Specialized Seminar on Corporate Law: Multi-Disciplinary Approach”, held on Thursday, March 21st.  The event was organized by the Corporate Law Study Group of the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM) School of Law.
