Anthony Lizárraga, a partner and member of the Bankruptcy Proceedings and Reorganization Law practice group of Estudio Muñiz, gave a lecture on the “Inefficiency of Bankruptcy in Peru and Comparative Law” during a course dealing with the “Basic Aspects of Corporate Law” held on Thursday, March 14th at the School of Law and Political Sciences of UNMSM.  The event was organized by the Corporate Financial Circle.
