We provided legal advice to Wells Fargo in the negotiation of a syndicated loan with BBVA, for US$ 100 million. Wells Fargo led the syndicate of banks from China, South Korea, Taiwan, Germany, Hong Kong and the United States. Andrés Kuan-Veng, a senior partner and head of the Capital Market and Banking Regulation practice group of the Firm, Jorge Otoya, senior partner, and Juliana Llosa, partner, took part in the transaction.
