Benefits similar to those agreed with unions can be given to other workers
César Puntriano, senior partner of the Labor Law and Social Security practice area, comments on the ruling issued by the Supreme Court stating that, although employers have no legal authority to extend the scope of a collective bargaining agreement, they may grant benefits similar to those granted to workers who participated in a collective bargaining agreement.
