Fernando Meléndez, a name partner and director of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Law practice group of Estudio Muñiz, attended the I International Conference Peru – Spain, and took part in a panel discussion on the “Extension of the Arbitrary Agreement to Non-Signatory Parties”. The event was organized by the Peruvian Arbitration Institute (IPA) and was held on Thursday, November 7th.
