Estudio Muñiz, together with the UPC Law School Corpus Iuris Association, organized a workshop to discuss the manner in which the Environmental Assessment and Enforcement Agency (OEFA) calculates fines, discussing OEFA’s audit strategy, the calculation of environmental fines, and other topics. Renato De Vettori and Milagros Mejía, partner and associate and members of the Environmental Law practice group of Estudio Muñiz, Ricardo Oswaldo Machuca Breña, director of OEFA’s Monitoring and Incentive Control Bureau, and Christian Zegarra Carrillo, financial specialist of OEFA’s Sanctions and Incentive Management Sub-Bureau, served as lecturers. The event was held at the UPC Auditorium in San Isidro.
