Francisco Marcos, IE University professor, and Pierino Stucchi, a senior partner and director of the Competition Practice Group of Estudio Muñiz, acted as lecturers, and Ricardo de la Piedra, a partner and member of the Corporate Law Practice Group of the firm, acted as moderator.
