Carlos Morán, a partner and member of the Selection Process Practice Group of Estudio Muñiz, gave a lecture on the “Audit Procedure following State Procurement Processes” at the “I Seminar on State Procurement”, held on Friday, August 16th.  The event was organized by the Peruvian Catholic University Administrative Law Circle.
