Daniel Palomino, a partner and member of the Mining Law and Sustainable Development practice group of Estudio Muñiz, attended the 2019 Winter Course in Mining Law, addressing some topical matters dealing with mining law, such as the formalization of illegal mining and social conflicts. The event was organized by “Centro de Derecho de Minería, Energía y Recursos Hídricos – Cedemin”, which is part of the San Martin the Porres University School of Law.
